7 Stunning Oil Platforms

An oil platform is a large structure used to house machinery & men who drill or produce oil & natural gas from the ocean bed. These platforms may be attached to the ocean floor that consists of an artificial island or may be floating, depending upon the circumstances. Draugen Platform, Norway photo source Draugen is an oil field in the Norwegian Sea at a sea depth of 250 metres . The field has been developed with a concrete fixed facility and integrated topside. Stabilised oil is stored in tanks in the base of the facility. O nce again we walked about 5 Km to reach this Falls From Laxapana Junction Route Information To reach here, you have to travel along Avissawella – Nuwara Eliya Road (A7) and turn towards Norton Bridge after Ginigathhena (Dhiyagala Junction). After traveling about 8km from Norton Bridge towards Maskeliya you have to turn to your right to Seven Hill Farm. Then, you have to proceed further 3km on this road to reach this waterfall.
