Often you will find the paper stuck in your laser printer either due to power failure or any other reasons. Most of the people will try to pull it out with force which can tear apart the paper and leave some pieces of it in the rollers. We advise you never do that. Here’s the two step procedure for such situations.
1. First disconnect the power source and also the cable connecting to the CPU as well (yes it can give you a shock too)
2. Open the cartridge access door
3. Take out the cartridge
4. Now pull the paper. It will now require less force than if the cartridge was in place and you had pulled it up.
5. Place the cartridge back and your printer is now working again.
